基于SCI文献分析的中药不良反应科研态势研究

Research Situation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Adverse Reactions Based on the SCI Literature Analysis

目的探讨中药不良反应研究在国际研究领域的主要特点和科研发展态势。方法利用权威外文文献检索工具科学引文索引,针对中药不良反应研究领域进行检索,获取相关研究外文文献2432篇,通过数据规范处理后,对其进行科研态势分析。结果作者主体以中国地区为主,研究机构主要分布于香港地区和北京、上海的高校和科研机构,基金资助以中国国家自然科学基金最为重视,研究方向主要以药理药学、植物学、化学为主,肿瘤学在中药不良反应研究的高水平论文中占据了较大比重。结论我国学者已具有中医药不良反应的客观评价意识,并在科研工作方面做出了丰富的成果,但应加强和促进国际、国内合作,为中药合理利用及中医药传承发展提供新途径。

Objective To explore the main characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine adverse reactions and the development trend of the scientific research in the international research field. Methods The foreign language literature retrieval tool Science Citation Index (SCI) was used to retrieve the foreign literature related to the traditional Chinese medicine adverse reactions. 2,432 related foreign literatures were obtained and the research situation was analyzed after the data standardization. Results The authors of those literature were mainly in China, and the majority of the research institutes were the universities and research institutes in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. The National Natural Science Foundation of China paid the most attention to funding the research in the literature. The main research directions were mainly related to pharmacology, botany and chemistry. The literature of oncology accounted for a large proportion among the high-level papers of studying the traditional Chinese medicine adverse reactions. Conclusion Chinese scholars have already possessed the objective evaluation consciousness of the traditional Chinese medicine adverse reactions and have made abundant achievements in the scientific research. However, the international and domestic cooperation should be strengthened and promoted to provide new ways for the rational utilization of traditional Chinese medicine and its inheritance and development.
