摘要
采用微波法对活性染料印花织物进行固色。相比蒸化固色,微波固色具有时间短、耗能低、无需使用尿素的优点。结果表明,微波固色在小苏打用量为3%、微波功率为1 600 W和微波3 min的条件下,活性染料印花织物的K/S值和固色率能达到蒸化固色的最佳效果,并且色光和色牢度满足生产要求。
The reactive dye printed fabric is fixed by microwave. Compared with steaming fixation, microwave fixation of reactive dye printed fabric exhibits the advantages of shorter time, lower energy consumption and more environmental friendly without urea. The results show that, under the conditions of 3% baking soda, 1 600 W microwave power within 3 min, the K/S value and color fastness of reactive dye printed fabric obtain the most optimal steaming fixation performance, meanwhile,the color shade and fastness can meet the production requirements.
