基于纤维跨距长度曲线的山羊绒长度及其分布测试 被引量:3

摘要 引进和应用快速、大容量的山羊绒长度测试方法是提升山羊绒长度特征值测试准确度和时效性的有效途径。文章比较分析光电法山羊绒长度测试方法与传统手排长度测试法得出的山羊绒平均长度特征值,得出基于纤维跨距长度的光电法山羊绒长度测试方法可获得精确的山羊绒纤维长度测试结果。试验证明:光电法山羊绒长度测试方法与传统的手排长度测试法得出的羊绒长度指标具有很强的相关性,采用线性回归分析可以估算出二者的回归函数,用于2种方法测试结果的对照换算。 The introduction and application of fast,large-capacity cashmere length test methods is an effective way to improve the accuracy and timeliness of cashmere length eigenvalue test.Through the comparative analysis of the average length characteristics of cashmere obtained by the photoelectric cashmere length test method and the traditional hand length test method,it is concluded that the photoelectric cashmere length test method based on the fiber span length can obtain cashmere fiber Length accurate results.The test proves that the photoelectric cashmere length test method has a strong correlation with the traditional hand length test method,and the linear regression analysis can estimate the regression function of the two.It can be used in two methods conversion of the test results.
