摘要
采用kenpave力学分析软件对不同养生温度下分期、分层摊铺和连续摊铺这2种基层施工方法进行了对比分析,并研究了以2种施工方法的路面在定轴载(180kN)情况下的受力变形特性。结果表明:路面结构采用连续摊铺法施工的能满足力学要求,而用分层施工的则不能满足;连续施工时,养生温度为10℃时需养生14d,养生温度为20℃时,需适当控制车辆的荷载,养生温度为30℃时养生7d并适当控制车辆荷载即可。
Kenpave mechanical analysis software is used to compare and analyze two kinds of construction methods of pavement base under different curing temperatures,namely,staged and layered method and continuous paving method,and the stress and deformation characteristics of pavement under fixed axle load(180 kN)are studied.The results show that the continuous paving method for pavement structure construction can meet the mechanical requirements,but the layered one can't do so.During continuous construction,when the curing temperature is 10℃,the curing time should be 14 d;when the curing temperature is 20℃,the load of the vehicle should be properly controlled;when the curing temperature is 30℃,the curing time is only 7 d with proper control of vehicle load.
