摘要
高层建筑电梯的曳引钢丝绳由于长度较长,其线径的变化对电梯的运行质量影响很大,当线径选择偏小时,易出现钢丝绳伸缩量加大的情况,会对电梯的平层精度及平层保持精度产生非常大的影响。结合工程案例,对某高层建筑电梯运行阶段的实测数据进行对比和分析研究,找出电梯平层保持精度与钢丝绳线径变化的关系,从而有效地解决了电梯实际使用中的相关问题。
Because of the longer length of the traction steel wire rope in the high-rise building elevator,the variation of its diameter has a great influence on the operation quality of the elevator.When the rope diameter is selected on a small scale,the expansion amount of the steel wire rope will increase,which will have a great impact on the elevator's level accuracy and level maintained accuracy.Combined with an engineering case,the measured data of a high-rise building elevator in operation stage are compared and analyzed,and the relationship between the elevator level maintained accuracy and the variation of the steel wire rope diameter is found out,so as to effectively solve the related problems in the actual use of elevators.
