风刀结构内部流场的仿真分析及结构优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对工程应用中的风刀结构进行了参数化建模,并利用Hypermesh软件对气体模型进行网格划分。结合实际工况,对风刀内部流场的各边界条件进行定义,并采用流体动力学软件Fluent对风刀内部气流进行数值仿真,得到了流场的分布规律,发现风刀内部导流板对风刀内部的流场影响很大。经过优化设计,发现只有一个导流板时,风刀内部的流场变得较为均匀,当导流板靠近风刀前段时,风刀内部流场较为均匀,且风口速度较大。对不同结构形式的风刀进行模型设计与分析,确定了最优设计方案。总结的设计方法可为研究和设计风刀结构提供技术和理论上的指导。 The parameterized modeling of the air knife structure in engineering application is carried out,and the gas model is meshed by Hypermesh software.Combined with the actual working conditions,the boundary conditions of the flow field inside the air knife are defined,and the fluid dynamics software Fluent is used to carry out the numerical simulation of the internal airflow inside the air knife.The distribution law of the flow field is obtained,and it is found that the flow field inside the air knife is greatly affected by the deflectors inside the air knife.Through optimization design,it is found that the flow field inside the air knife becomes more uniform when there is only one deflector.When the deflector is close to the front section of the air knife,the flow field inside the air knife is more uniform and the air velocity of the air outlets is larger.The optimal design scheme is determined by model design and analysis of different air knife structures.The summarized design method can provide technical and theoretical guidance for the research and design of air knife structures.
