摘要
基于上海市某大型商业综合体建设项目的工程实际,详细介绍了BIM技术在项目工程进度、安全、质量、成本控制以及资料文档信息化管理等方面的运用和收到的成效,为BIM技术在大型商业综合体建设项目管理中的应用积累了经验。
Based on a large-scale commercial complex construction project in Shanghai,the application and effects of BIM technology in project progress,safety,quality,cost control,as well as in the information management of data and documents etc.are introduced in detail,which has accumulated experience for the application of BIM technology in project management of large-scale commercial complex construction.
