我国标准化护理语言研究热点的共词聚类分析

Co-word Clustering Analysis of Hotspots about Standardized Nursing Language Research in China

目的分析国内标准化护理语言相关研究的热点,了解该领域的研究现状及发展趋势,为标准化护理语言在我国的应用提供借鉴和指导。方法2018年10月以12种标准化护理语言为检索词,检索并筛选清华同方知网数据库(China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(China biologymedicine,CBM)等收录的标准化护理语言相关研究文献,采用Bicomb 2.0、UCIENT 6.0、NetDraw软件生成关键词可视化共现网络图,采用SPSS 21.0软件生成高频关键词聚类分析树状图。结果共纳入相关文献454篇,共词聚类分析得到3个研究热点:奥马哈系统在老年慢性病患者中的应用研究;护理分级系统及NNN-链接的应用研究;国际护理实践分类系统在社区慢性病患者中的应用研究。结论标准化护理语言研究已引起国内学者的广泛关注,热点分析有助于了解该领域的研究现状及发展趋势,为未来我国护理信息化建设及标准化护理语言的发展提供参考和借鉴。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots of standardized nursing language in China,understand the research status and development trend of this field and provide reference and guidance for the application of standardized nursing language in China.Methods Totally 12“standardized nursing language” were used as search terms to retrieve and screen for standardized nursing language related research literature in the databases of CNKI,Wan Fang Database ,VIP and China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM)from the dates of establishment to October 2018.Bicomb 2.0,UCIENT 6.0and NetDraw software were used to generate keyword visualization co-occurrence network graph,and SPSS 21.0software was used to generate high frequency keyword clustering analysis tree graph.Results A total of 454relevant references were included.Three research hotspots were obtained by co-word clustering analysis:the application of Omaha system in elderly patients with chronic diseases;the application of nursing classification system and NNNlink and the application of international nursing practice classification system in community patients with chronic diseases.Conclusions The study of standardized nursing language has attracted wide attention of domestic scholars. and the hot spot analysis is helpful to understand the current situation and development trend of this field,and provide reference for the construction of nursing informatization and the development of standardized.
