多功能眼药存放提醒盒的设计及应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨一种自行设计的多功能眼药存放提醒盒在辅助眼科患者院外正确用药中的应用效果。方法2017年1-12月,便利抽样法选择经复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院眼科入院治疗后出院的眼科患者342例为研究对象,按出院先后分为对照组164例和观察组178例,分别给予常规院外眼药使用的健康教育、应用多功能眼药存放提醒盒的健康教育。患者出院后1周,对其进行用药依从性、滴眼药技能及多功能眼药存放提醒盒使用满意度的比较。结果观察组患者院外眼部用药的依从性及自行滴眼药技能的掌握情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05),且观察组患者对多功能眼药存放提醒盒的使用满意度较高。结论多功能眼药存放提醒盒作为眼科患者院外用药的辅助工具,有助于提升患者的用药的依从性和自行滴药的技能,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application of a self-designed multi-functional ophthalmic medicine box in assisting ophthalmic patients to use drugs correctly outside the hospital.Methods From January to December 2017,342patients who were discharged from the EENT Hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=164)and the observation group(n=178);the routine health education for using eye medicines outside hospital,and health education for multi-functional storage reminder box of eye medicines were given in two groups,respectively.One week after discharge,the patients were compared on medication compliance,eyedrops skills,and multi-functional eyedrops storage reminder box satisfaction score.Results The compliance of patients in the observation group and the mastery of self-eyedrop skills were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the use of multi-functional eyedrops storage reminder box.Conclusions Multifunctional eye medicine storage reminder box as an auxiliary tool for ophthalmic patients outside the hospital is helpful to improve patients’medication compliance and self-dripping skills,which is worthy of clinical application.
