城市废弃铁路景观再生规划设计——以周口市中心城区原漯阜铁路为例

Reconstruction Planning and Design of Abandoned Urban Railway——Taking the Previous Luo-Fu Railway in Downtown Zhoukou as an Example

指出了城市废弃铁路景观再生设计具有可持续发展的内涵,能够合理利用现有荒置土地资源,使其重新具备使用功能,从而保护和加强了环境系统生产和更新。以《周口市中心城区绿地系统规划2017-2030》为依托,对原漯阜铁路城区段进行了景观再生规划设计,并结合城市发展对绿道建设的迫切要求,充分利用废弃铁路这一独特带状资源,在保护的基础上合理改造,营造供居民观赏、休闲、游憩为一体的绿道景观,从而更好地改善人居环境,提升周口城市形象,实现人与自然的和谐统一。

The landscape design of urban abandoned railway landscape has the connotation of sustainable development and can make rational use of existing wasteland resources.The source is re-used to protect and enhance the production and update of the environmental system.Based on "Downtown Choukou Green Space System Planning 2017-2030", this paper conducts planning and design for landscape regeneration of the previous Luo-Fu railway city section.Considering the urgent need for greenway construction in urban development, the unique belt resources of the abandoned railway should be fully used.The resources are rationally reformed on the basis of protection, creating a greenway landscape for residents to watch, relax and swim together, so as to better improve the living environment, enhance the image of Zhoukou City and realize the harmonious unity between man and nature.
