3种夏季草花的扦插繁殖技术研究

Study on the Cutting Propagation Technology of Three Herbaceous Flowers

对夏堇、香彩雀、醉蝶花3种草花进行了扦插繁殖试验。结果表明:3种草花的扦插苗生根情况在混合基质中均比在单一基质中生长要好,生根数及成活率存在极显著差异。不同时期的插穗处理对夏堇和香彩雀的扦插结果没有显著性影响,对醉蝶花的生根数量和扦插成活率也没有显著性影响,但对醉蝶花株高有显著性影响。

The cutting propagation experiments were carried outonTorenia fournieri,Angelonia salicariifolia and Cleome spinosa.The results showed that the situation of root generated in mixed-substrate of the three species were better than those in the single matrix,and there was a significant difference in the number of roots and the survival rate.The cuttings treatment at different periods had no significant effect on the cutting results of Torenia fournieri,Angelonia salicariifolia and also on the number of roots and the survival rate of Cleome spinosa.However,it has a significant effect on the plant height of Cleome spinosa.
