指出了针对现阶段我国报废汽车回收企业存在技术水平低、盈利能力差、安全环保压力大等问题,结合国家最新的报废汽车回收拆解企业相关政策,从基础设施建设、拆解工艺、产品多元化和综合管理等关键问题入手,提出了规范和促进报废汽车回收拆解企业发展的相关建议。

This paper provides suggestions to regulate and promote the development of scrap car recycling and disassembly enterprises, with a focus on existing problems in Chinese scrap car recycling enterprises including insufficient technology, poor profitability and high safety and environmental protection pressure.Under the latest national policies relevant to scrap car recycling enterprises, this paper puts forward relevant recommendations for regulating and promoting the development of scrap car recycling and dismantling enterprises, starting from the perspective of infrastructure construction, disassembly techniques, product diversification, general management and other key issues.
