摘要 以封端107硅橡胶为基胶,配以填料、增塑剂、交联剂、阻燃剂等制备了脱醇型硅酮密封胶,并考察其耐候性能。结果表明:填料的粒径及其与基胶的相容性对密封胶的耐老化性能有较大影响,经硬脂酸表面处理且小粒径的钙粉能极大地提高密封胶的耐高温高湿老化性能;二甲基硅油增塑剂的最佳加入量为6%;大侧链基团的交联剂耐高温高湿的老化性能相对较好。 Taking end-blocking 107 silicone rubber as basic glue, dealcoholized silicone sealant was produced by adding filler, plasticizer, cross-linking agent, fire retardant etc., and its weather-proof performance is studied in this article. Results show the filler’s particle size and its compatibility with basic glue have big influences on the aging property of the sealant;small particle calcium power with its surface treated with stearic acid can greatly improve the sealant’s high temperature and high humidity resistance;the optimal addition quantity of dimethyl silicone oil is 6%;cross-linking agent of large side chain group has better aging performance of high temperature and humidity resistance.
