区域折射多焦人工晶状体植入术临床疗效 被引量:1

Efficacy of Oculentis refractive segmented multifocal intraocular lens implantation

摘要 目的评价Oculentis区域折射多焦人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法回顾性研究2017年1月到2018年1月白内障80例(120眼)随机分成2组,超声乳化联合Oculentis区域折射多焦人工晶状体植入术40例(60眼)作为试验组,同一时期行超声乳化联合单焦点人工晶状体植入术的40例(60眼)作为对照组。术后随访1年。结果术后1年裸眼远视力两组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.85,P=0.55)。裸眼近视力试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.850, P=0.048)。阅读戴镜率试验组为0,对照组为100%。屈光状态:试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=0.130, P=0.027)。对比敏感度:两组差异无统计学意义(t=0.62, P=0.38)。术后并发症,试验组未出现,对照组2例出现后囊浑浊。结论Oculentis区域折射多焦人工晶状体植入术后可提供良好的裸眼远近视力。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Oculentis refractive segmented multifocal intraocular lens implantation. Methods The data of 120 eyes of 80 cases with cataract from Jan.2017 to Jan.2018 were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were divided into two group randomly. The trial group, 60 eyes of 40 cases, underwent phacoemulsification combined with Oculentis refractive segmented multifocal intraocular lens implantation. The control group, 60 eyes of 40 cases, underwent phacoemulsification combined with single focal lens implantation. The followed-up time was 1 year. Results At 1 year after operation, the difference of uncorrected distance visual acuity was not statistically significant (t=1.85, P=0.55). The difference of uncorrected near visual acuity and refractive condition were statistically significant between the two groups(t=14.85, 0.13;P=0.048, 0.027). The contrast sensivity in the trial group was better than that in the control group. The difference of contrast sensitivity was not statistically significant between the two groups(t=0.62, P=0.38). No comlication occurred in the trial group. Posterior capsule opacification occurred in 2 cases in control group. Conclusion The Oculentis refractive segmented multifcal intraocular lens implantation can provide good uncorrected visual acuity.
