纹刺眼线致眼表损伤临床分析

Clinical analysis on ocular surface injury caused by eyelid tattooing

目的探讨纹刺眼线致眼表损伤患者的临床特点及防治措施。方法对2015年6月至2018年12月急诊收治的纹刺眼线导致眼表损伤22例(42眼)的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果22例均为女性,年龄范围20~54岁,平均(32.5±9.5)岁。20例双眼伤,2例单眼伤。临床表现主要有眼睑痉挛、上睑肿胀、结膜充血及角膜上皮损伤。以促进角膜上皮修复的药物滴眼和心理疏导后均痊愈。结论纹刺眼线致眼表损伤多发生于中青年女性,双眼发病。治疗上应注意心理疏导的重要性,预后良好;纹刺眼线时做好防护措施可防止眼表损伤。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, prevention and treatment of ocular surface injury caused by eyelid tattooing. Methods From Jun. 2015 to Dec. 2018, the data of 42 eyes of 22 cases with ocular surface injury caused by eyelid tattooing were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were females. The mean age was (32.5±9.5) years, ranged from 20 to 54 years.There were 20 cases with double eyes injury and 2 cases with single eye injury. Clinical manifestations included mainly blepharospasm, upper eyelid swelling, conjunctival congestion and corneal epithelial defect.All cases were successfully cured after the drug therapy and psychological leading. Conclusion The ocular surface injury caused by eyelid tattooing generally occurs in double eyes of young and middle-aged women.The treatment should be paid attention to the importance of psychological leading. The prognosis is good. The ocular surface injury may be avoided if we can pay attention to the possible ocular surface caused by eyelid tattooing and take protective measures.
