嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌液体发酵条件的优化

Optimization of liquid fermentation conditions of Bacillus stearothermophilus

摘要 本文通过对芽孢液体发酵条件进行优化,确定了嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌产孢培养基的最佳配比:0.8%蛋白胨、0.3%酵母粉、0.3%NaCl、Mn2+0.9mmol/L、Ca2+10mmol/L;最佳发酵条件:pH7.0、接种量0.1%、装液量100mL、培养时间24h、温度65℃。对优化后的综合条件进行检测实验,结果显示,液体发酵产孢率可达48%左右,较优化之前提高15%左右。
