中医药内外三联法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of internal and external triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨和分析中医药内外三联法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果与安全性。方法选取2016年2月~2018年4月我院收治的70例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法分为对照组(35例)与观察组(35例)。对照组采用西医常规治疗方法,口服相关药物,包括塞来昔布胶囊和盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊;观察组采用内外三联法治疗方法,包括玉龙散外贴、温经洗外用颗粒熏洗、口服骨九方汤剂。比较两组的中医证候积分、WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分以及治疗总有效率。结果两组治疗后的中医证候积分和WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的中医证候积分和WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的57.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药内外三联法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果明显,能够降低患者的中医证候积分和WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分,适合在临床进行推广和应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of internal and external triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 35 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group (35 cases) and the observation group (35 cases) according to the randomized grouping method.The control group was treated with Western medicine,oral administration of related drugs,including Celecoxib Capsules and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules.The observation group was treated with internal and external triple therapy,including external application of Yulong Powder,Wenjingxi External Granules fumigation and washing,and oral administration of Gujiufang Decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the WOMAC osteoarthritis index score,and the total effective rate of treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and WOMAC osteoarthritis index in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and WOMAC osteoarthritis index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%,which was higher than 57.14% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The internal and external triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and WOMAC osteoarthritis index score of patients,and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
