基于聚焦解决模式的随访管理对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的影响

Effect of follow-up management based on focused solution model on patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation

目的探讨基于聚焦解决模式的随访管理对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的影响。方法选取2016年9月~2017年6月我院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者予以常规随访管理,观察组患者在常规随访的基础上予以聚焦解决模式,比较两组患者出院前及出院后6个月的生活质量(SF-36)评分及自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分。结果两组患者出院后6个月的SF-36评分、ESCA评分均高于出院前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出院后6个月的SF-36评分及ESCA评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施基于聚焦解决模式的随访管理有助于提高患者的自护能力,提高生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of follow-up management based on focused solution model on patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from September 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group by random unmber table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine follow-up management.The observation group was given focused solution mode on the basis of routine follow-up.The quality of life score (SF-36 score) and self-care ability score (ESCA score) of the two groups before and 6 months after discharge were compared.Results The SF-36 and ESCA scores of the two groups 6 months after discharge were significantly higher than those before discharge,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The SF-36 and ESCA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group 6 months after discharge,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Focused solution based follow-up management for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is helpful to improve self-care ability and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
