Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia. Methods From December 2016 to January 2018,74 cases of patients with uterine asthenia postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selected as research objects, and divided into the routine group and targeted group,37 cases in each group. The routine group were given routine nursing, and the targeted group were given targeted nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression, hemostasis time, hospitalization time and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the HAMA score ([6.09±0.14] points) and the HAMD score ([8.02±0.13] points) in the targeted group were lower than those in the routine group ([12.69±0.32] points) and ([14.76±0.61] points)(P<0.05).The hemostasis time in the targeted group was (1.77±0.16) min,and the length of stay was (7.55±0.31) d,shorter than (4.11±0.23) min and (11.43±0.41) d in the routine group (P<0.05).After nursing, the total nursing satisfaction of patients in the targeted group was 91.89%,significantly higher than that of the conventional group (59.46%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage is remarkable, which is worthy of popularization and application.
