社区护理干预在脑卒中合并高血压患者中的应用效果

Application effect of community nursing intervention in stroke patients with hypertension

目的研究并分析脑卒中合并高血压患者接受社区护理干预的效果。方法选取2016年8月10日~2017年8月9日威海市文登区口腔医院收治的90例脑卒中合并高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各45例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,实验组患者采用社区护理干预。比较两组患者的血压(舒张压、收缩压、动脉压)、护理前后的遵医性(规范服药率、规律运动率、饮食控制率、血压检测合格率)以及护理总满意度。结果护理后,实验组患者的舒张压、收缩压、动脉压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的规范服药率、规律运动率、饮食控制率、血压检测合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预用于脑卒中合并高血压患者能够有效的帮助患者稳定血压,提升患者遵医性和护理满意度,值得大力推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effects of community nursing intervention in stroke patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 90 stroke patients with hypertension who admitted to our hospital from August 10,2016 to August 9,2017 were enrolled as research objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method,45 cases in each group.In the control group,patients were treated with routine nursing intervention,while in the experimental group,patients were provided with community nursing intervention.The blood pressure (diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,arterial blood pressure),compliance (standardized medication rate,regular exercise rate,diet control rate,blood pressure test passing rate) before and after nursing care and total satisfaction of nursing after nursing of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,arterial blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The normalized medication rate,regular exercise rate,diet control rate,and blood pressure passing rate were all higher in the experimental group than those in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention in stroke patients with hypertension can effectively stabilize the blood pressure,and increase patient′s compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
