PDCA循环在降低妇科手术中压疮发生率中的应用效果

Application effect of PDCA circulation in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcer in gynecological surgery

目的探讨PDCA循环在降低妇科手术术中压疮发生率中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1~12月本院收治的48例手术患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组24例。对照组患者开展常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理基础上实施PDCA循环管理。评估两组患者的压疮风险,并观察压疮发生率及压疮护理质量。结果观察组患者的压疮发生率(4.17%)明显低于对照组(12.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.736,P<0.05)。观察组患者的保温、皮肤清洁、减压敷料使用、床单平整、间歇性解除压力、体位安置及体位垫放置评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对手术室患者,通过实施PDCA循环管理,能有效降低压疮发生率,提高整体护理质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the application effect of PDCA circulation in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcer in gynecological surgery.Methods All of 48 patients who given operation in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to random number table method,and 24 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given PDCA cycle management on the basis of routine nursing in the control group.The risk of pressure ulcer in the two groups was evaluated,and the incidence of pressure ulcer and nursing quality were observed.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group (4.17%) was obviously lower than that in the control group (12.50%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=3.736,P<0.05).The scores of heat preservation,skin cleaning,decompression dressing,bed sheet smoothing,intermittent relief of pressure,position placement and position cushion placement in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcer and improve the overall nursing quality for patients in operating room.It has a higher clinical application value.
