系统呼吸训练对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的康复效果

Rehabilitation effect of systemic respiratory training on patients with deglutition dysfunction after stroke

目的探讨系统呼吸训练对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的康复效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年11月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的144例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照患者治疗的单双号顺序分为对照组(72例)与观察组(72例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加系统呼吸训练的护理环节。比较两组护理前后的吞咽功能评分、肺功能指标水平及护理满意度。结果观察组护理后的吞咽功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和吸气流速峰值(PIF)水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸训练有效提高了脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽功能、肺功能及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of systemic respiratory training on patients with deglutition dysfunction after stroke.Methods A total of 144 patients with deglutition dysfunction after stroke in Hongqi hospital affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from June 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into control group (72 cases) and observation group (72 cases) according to the order of singles and even numbers of patients treated.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given systematic respiratory training on the basis of the control group.The swallowing function score,lung function index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The swallowing function score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) and peak inspiratory flow (PIF) in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory training can effectively improve the swallowing function,lung function and nursing satisfaction of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
