上海市虹口区公务员中医药健康文化素养水平及影响因素分析

Analysis of Health Literacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Influencing Factors in Civil Servants in Hongkou District of Shanghai

目的了解上海市虹口区健康促进场所中的机关公务员中医药健康文化素养水平,分析其主要影响因素。方法2019年1—2月,对虹口区健康促进场所中的机关公务员共296名进行问卷调查。结果中医药健康文化总体素养水平为60.5%。基本理念、健康生活方式、中医药文化常识和中医药信息理解能力四个维度水平分别为68.2%、64.2%、71.6%和70.3%,公众适宜方法素养水平最低,为23.3%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:性别是总体中医药文化健康素养和中医药公众适宜方法、健康生活方式、文化常识和信息理解能力四个维度水平的影响因素;女性高于男性。年龄是总体中医药健康素养和中医药基本理念、公众适宜方法、健康生活方式和信息理解能力水平的影响因素,年龄较大者素养水平均较高。受教育程度对中医药基本理念和文化常识有影响,受教育程度较高者素养水平较高。是否患慢性病是中医药基本理念和健康生活方式水平的影响因素,不患慢性病者素养水平高于慢性病患者。自评健康状况对中医药健康生活方式和信息理解能力有影响。自评健康状况较差者素养水平较差。结论在后续的中医药健康教育和健康促进工作中,应针对男性、年龄较小者、受教育程度较低者和患慢性病者多给予重点干预,同时对自评健康状况好者进行健康教育,提高中医预防保健意识,从而提高该健康促进场所中公务员的中医药健康文化素养水平。

Objective To understand the level of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health literacy of civil servants in health promotion places in Hongkou District,and to analyze the main influencing factors. Methods From January to February 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 296 government officials in health promotion places in Hongkou District.Results The overall level of health literary of TCM culture was 60.5%.The four dimensions of basic concepts,healthy lifestyle,general knowledge of TCM culture and understanding ability of TCM information were 68.2%,64.2%,71.6% and 70.3% respectively,and the level of public appropriate method literacy was the lowest (23.3%).Multivariate logistic regression showed that sex had influence on the level of overall health literacy of TCM and suitable methods,healthy lifestyle,elementary cultural knowledge and comprehension ability of TCM,and women had higher health literacy level.Age was also the influencing factor on overall health literacy of TCM and basic concept,suitable methods,healthy lifestyle,and comprehension ability of TCM,and the older had higher health literacy level.Education level was also the influencing factor on basic concept and elementary cultural knowledge about TCM,the servants with higher education level had higher related health literacy level.Civil servants without chronic diseases had higher-level basic concept and healthy lifestyle.Worse self-assessed health status servants had higher-level literacy in healthy lifestyle and comprehension ability of TCM.Conclusion In the follow-up work of health education and health promotion of TCM,the population with the male,the younger,the less educated and the patients with chronic diseases should be given focus.At the same time,health education should be carried out to improve the awareness of preventive health care of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),to improve the level of TCM health culture literacy of civil servants in the health promotion place.
