科技报告又称技术报告或研究报告,由于其具有实用意义大、时效性强等特点,近年来得到了国家层面和大型集团型企业的重视。通过分析企业内部科技报告管理的现状,提出针对大型集团型企业科技报告系统构建的整体设计方案,并对系统的功能特点和特色机制作出详细阐述。

The scientific and technical report,also known as technical report or research report,has attracted the attention of the national level and large-scale group enterprise in recent years because of its practical significance and strong timeliness.By analyzing the status quo of internal science and technology report management,this paper proposes an overall design plan for the construction of large-scale group enterprise technology report system,and elaborates on the system’s functional characteristics and characteristic mechanism.
