摘要
垂直超浓淡风煤粉燃烧技术,可减少着火初期供入的氧量以及强化还原性气氛进而控制NO x的生成。该技术应用于元宝山600 MW褐煤机组锅炉改造后,NOx排放大幅下降,锅炉效率不降低,汽水参数稳定,取得了良好的效果。该技术在国内有着非常广阔的应用前景。
Advanced vertical dense/lean pulverized coal combustion technology can strengthen the reducing atmosphere, so it can controll the NO x emission. Applied in yuanbaoshan 600 MW Ultra-super critical boiler, the boiler runs safely and stablely. Operation parametes have reached the design value, under full load condition, low NO x emission. The application prospects of the lower-NO x burner in our country are widly spreaded.
