摘要
以污水生物处理工艺缺氧-好氧膜生物反应器(AOMBR)为参照,在AOMBR工艺污泥回流段增加厌氧反应单元(ASSR),组建AOMBR-ASSR厌氧侧流污泥原位减量工艺。AOMBR工艺及AOMBR-ASSR工艺运行120 d,对2个工艺污泥减量以及污染物去除效能进行分析。结果表明:相同条件下,相比参照工艺,减量工艺污泥减量率为19.5%。2个工艺的COD以及氨氮去除效果无显著差异,减量工艺的TN以及TP的平均去除率分别较参照工艺提高了5.63%、29.86%。
With the anoxic-aerobic membrane bioreactor(AOMBR) of sewage biological treatment process as reference,the anaerobic side-stream coupled anoxic-aerobic membrane bioreactor(AOMBR-ASSR) in-situ sludge reduction process is built by adding anaerobic reaction unit to the sludge return loop of the AOMBR process. The sludge reduction and pollutant removal efficiency are analyzed both in the AOMBR process and AOMBR-ASSR process during 120 days operations. The results show that the sludge reduction rate of AOMBR-ASSR process is 19.5% compared with AOMBR process under the same operating conditions. There is no significant difference in the removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen between the two processes. The average removal rate of TN and TP in the sludge reduction process is 5.63% and 29.86% higher than that in the reference process.
