摘要
以环氧氯丙烷、二乙烯三胺和二硫化碳为原料,合成了新型阴离子型反相破乳净水剂,进行红外色谱表征、阴离子电荷含量与表面张力的测试。结果表明,用于含油污水处理,当净水剂产品的负电荷量为-8 700μeq/L、表面张力为5.0 mN/m时,在温度为60℃、加药量为30 mg/L、沉降时间为30 min条件下,除油率高达95%,且对稠油原油的破乳脱水未产生不利影响,可与破乳剂配套使用。
A new anionic reversed demulsification purifying agent is synthesized from epichlorohydrin,diethylenetriamine and carbon disulfide. The infrared chromatographic characterization is carried out and the anion charge content and surface tension are tested. The results show that when used for oily wastewater treatment,when the purifying agent had a negative charge of -8 700 ueq/L and a surface tension of 5.0 mN/m,the temperature is 60 ℃,the dosage amount is 30 mg/L and the settling time is 30 min,the oil removal rate is as high as 95%. There is no negative impact on the demulsification and dehydration of heavy oil and could be used in conjunction with demulsifiers.
