摘要
藻菌共生可以改善彼此生存环境,以栅藻和雌激素降解菌嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia)为实验对象,环境雌激素中最具代表性的雌二醇(E2)为标的物,研究藻菌共培养时的生长状况以及对E2的去除效果。结果表明,藻菌共培养不仅可促进彼此的生长,且对E2的去除率提高了10.1%~12%。藻菌的相互作用可以相互分担环境压力,改善彼此生存环境,提高生长繁殖速率,最终达到增强对雌激素的去除效果。
The symbiosis of algal bacteria could improve the living environment of each other. Scenedesmus and estrogen-degrading strain Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is used as the experimental object and the most representative estradiol(E2) of environmental estrogen is used as the target,the growth status of algal bacteria co-culture and the removal effect of E2 is studied. The results show that algal bacteria co-culture not only promote each other’s growth but also increase the removal rate of E2 by 10.1% to 12%. The interaction of algal bacteria could share the environmental pressure,improve the living environment of each other,increase the growth and reproduction rate,and finally achieve the effect of enhancing the removal of estrogen.
