摘要
在不同季节条件下用菖蒲人工湿地处理含油废水,研究湿地微生物数量的变化及COD、TN和石油类等污染物的去除效果。结果表明,菖蒲湿地对污染物的去除效果高于对照湿地。菖蒲湿地中石油类污染物的去除率与季节呈极显著的相关关系;湿地中细菌的数量高于真菌与放线菌,两组湿地的微生物数量均与水温呈极显著性正相关(P<0.01);两组湿地微生物数量与COD去除率均呈现显著正相关性(P<0.05);菖蒲湿地的放线菌数量与TN去除率无相关性。
The change of microorganism quantity in wetland and the removal effect of pollutants such as COD,TN and petroleum are studied in the process of treating oily wastewater with calamus constructed wetland under different seasonal conditions. The results show that the removal effect of the pollutants in the calamus wetland is higher than that in the control wetland. The removal rate of petroleum pollutants in calamus wetland is significantly correlated with the season. The number of bacteria in the wetland is higher than that of the fungi and actinomycetes,and the microorganism populations in the two groups of wetlands are positively correlated with water temperature(P<0.01). The number of microorganism and the removal rate of COD in the two groups of wetlands show a significant positive correlation (P<0.05),and the number of actinomycetes and the removal rate of TN in the calamus wetland is not correlation.
