冷水水表使用中计量失准的原因及改进措施分析 被引量:2

摘要 文章从实际出发,对水表在检定周期内失准(水表的计量误差超过最大允许误差,以下简称"超差"。以2.0级水表为例:水温在0.1~30℃时,在高区Q2≤Q≤Q4的MPE:(±0.02)L,在低区Q1≤Q<Q2的MPE:(±0.05)L;在水温超过30℃时,在高区Q2≤Q≤Q4的MPE:(±0.03)L,在低区Q1≤Q<Q2的MPE:(±0.05)L。使用中误差为首次检定最大允许误差的两倍)的各种情况进行细致的、深入浅出的分析,从水表计量检定体系、基层现行事业单位管理现状以及供水机构水表管理、安装等方面同时寻找原因并提出可行的改进措施和对策。以提高水表计量的准确性和公正性,避免因计量失准而带来的经济损失和引起不必要的社会矛盾,从而寻求基层社会公用计量工作的经济效益和社会效益。 In this paper, the measurement error of water meter exceeds the maximum allowable error, hereinafter referred to as "supererror", for the water meter during the verification period. Take the water meter of grade 2.0 as an example: when the water temperature is between 0.1 and 30℃,in the high region Q2≤Q≤Q4 MPE:±0.02 L, in the low region Q1≤Q<Q2 MPE:±0.05L, when the water temperature exceeds 30℃, in the high region Q2≤Q≤Q4 MPE:±0.03 L, in the low Q1≤Q<Q2 MPE:±0.05 L. The medium error is twice the maximum allowable error of the first verification, this paper makes a detailed and shallow analysis, and finds out the causes from the aspects of the metrological verification system of the water meter, the current management status of the grass-roots institutions, the water meter management of the water supply organization, the installation and so on, and puts forward some feasible improvement measures and countermeasures. In order to improve the accuracy and fairness of water meter measurement, avoid the economic losses and unnecessary social contradictions caused by inaccurate measurement, so as to seek the economic and social benefits of public measurement work at the grass-roots level.
