摘要
智力援藏、教育援藏是国家文化援藏工作中非常重要组成部分。1994年以来,在对口援藏政策的指导下,中央国家机关、内地多个省市与西藏受援助部门、地方展开了专业人才的交流和培养,西藏学生选择到内地求学深造的现象越来越普遍。在这种跨文化教育的过程中,西藏学生入学的不适应从开学之初就表现出来。汉藏文化差异的客观存在,一定程度上影响了内地西藏学生学习和生活,文章通过分析指出我们应充分认识、尊重并正视这种差异,采取各种有效方法,从学习上和生活上关心、帮助他们,让他们尽快适应内地学习生活。
Intellectual and educational aid to Tibet is a very important part of the national cultural aid to Tibet. Since 1994, under the guidance of the policy of counterpart aid to Tibet, the central government organs, provinces and municipalities in the mainland have exchanged and trained professionals with the aid-receiving departments and localities in Tibet. The phenomenon that Tibetan students choose to go to the mainland for further education is gradually on the rise. In this process, the inadaptability of Tibetan students to enroll in school has been manifested since the beginning of school. The objective existence of cultural differences between China and Tibet has affected their study and life to a certain extent. We should fully understand and take effective measures to care for and help them in their study and life so as to enable them to adapt to the study and life in the Mainland as soon as possible.
