群体性事件的网络舆情及其治理模式研究——以成都七中实验学校事件为例

随着互联网技术的发展和网民用户数量的增加,过激言论、不良信息也随着自媒体的发展而不断涌现,信息传播群体间的“互动”在不断深化和升级。新的变化、新的舆论环境都会影响群体性舆情事件的主体意识。探索群体性事件舆情的形成过程,正确引导舆论的发展方向,有效应对舆论引发的危机,对维护社会稳定和群众安全有着重要指导意义。文章以成都七中实验学校事件为例,具体剖析舆论引导的重要性。

With the development of Internet technology and the increase of the number of Internet users, excessive speech and bad information are constantly emerging with the development of self media. The interaction between information dissemination groups is deepening and upgrading. New changes and new public opinion environment will affect the improvement of the subjective consciousness of mass public opinion events. Exploring the formation process of public opinion in mass incidents, correctly guiding the direction of development of public opinion and effectively coping with the crisis caused by public opinion have important guiding significance for maintaining social stability and mass security. Taking the incident of Chengdu No. 7 Middle School as an example, this paper analyzes the importance of public opinion guidance.
