Closed-Loop Management Process of Ambulatory Surgery Based on Information Technology

针对日间手术患者就诊和医院业务管理的需求,构建基于信息化平台的日间手术闭环管理流程.介绍了应用不同信息系统之间的流程交互、业务耦合和数据传递等功能,完成了日间手术标准化管理.日间手术闭环管理可实现患者门诊就诊、住院、手术、术后随访以及出院报销的全过程闭环管理,从而降低患者诊疗风险,提高日间手术工作效率和质量.

Aiming at the needs of ambulatory surgery patients and hospital business management, a closed - loop management process of ambulatory surgery based on informatizaton platform was constructed. This paper introduced the process interaction between different information systems, the business coupling and the data transmission, and the standardization management of ambulatory operation. The whole process of closed-loop management of the ambulatory operation can be realized including the patients outpatient visits, hospitalization and surgery, post -operation follow-up and the discharge reimbursement, which can reduce the risk of the patients treatment, improve the efficiency and quality of the ambulatory operation.
