Increasing the Timely Reporting Rate of Critical Values in the Blood Group

针对血液组危急值通报及时率低的问题,开展QC小组活动.认为血小板危急值通报不及时、D-Ⅱ聚体危急值通报不及时为主要症结,采用关联图进行原因分析,经要因确认,周日值班人员少、危急值未及时单个复检、缺少D-Ⅱ聚体自动稀释方法、无需镜检确认血小板危急值等待镜检确认为主要原因.对此,分别制定措施针对性改进,使血液组危急值通报及时率从86.3%提高到99.2%,规范了危急值复检与报告流程,提升了检验科血液组质量管理水平.

In view of the problem of low timeliness reporting rate of critical values in the blood group, QC group activities were carried out for improvement. The platelet critical values and D-H dimer critical value not in time reporting was the main sticking point. The correlation figure was used for reason analysis. The less staff on duty on Sunday, double check of critical values not in time, the lack of D- H dimer automatic dilution method, no need for microscopic confirmation of critical platelet values were confirmed as the main reasons. In this regard, specific measures were formulated to improve the timely reporting rate of critical values in the blood group from 86.3% to 99.2%, standardize the procedures of recheck and reporting of critical values, and improve the quality management level of the blood group in the laboratory department.
