摘要
目的了解卫生综合监督人员职业认同现状,探讨其影响因素.方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样法收集数据,以湖北省5个地市为样本地区,随机抽取171名卫生综合监督人员进行问卷调查,运用卡方检验和logistic回归分析研究影响卫生综合监督人员职业认同的因素.结果卫生综合监督人员职业认同仅为51.2%,影响因素主要为工作人员数量、主观社会地位、报酬、晋升.结论通过合理配置卫生综合监督人员,利用媒体宣传提高卫生综合监督人员社会形象,优化卫生综合监督人员薪酬制度,完善卫生综合监督人员晋升机制等措施,提高卫生综合监督人员职业认同.
Objective To understand the status quo of the professional identity of health supervising staff and to determine the influencing factors. Methods The method of multistage stratified random sampling was used. A total of 171 health supervising staffs were randomly selected from 5 cities and 5 county-level cities (districts) in Hubei Province for questionnaire survey.Chi - square test and logistic regression analysis were used to identify the influencing factors. Results The professional identity of health supervising staffs was only 51.2%. The main influencing factors were the number of staff, subjective social status, remuneration and promotion. Conclusion Such measures as to allocate health supervising staff rationally, use social media to promote and enhance the social image of the health supervising staff, optimize the health supervising staff salary system, improve health supervising staff promotion mechanism and other measures can improve the health supervising staffs' occupation Identity.
