摘要
随着分级诊疗制度的进一步推行,针对分级诊疗相关政策、实践的研究成为当前医改政策研究的一个热点.以"中国知网"数据库四大主要来源期刊库作为数据来源,以2012年-2018年发表的347篇文献作为样本,采用文献计量学研究方法并借用可视化软件CiteSpaceⅢ作为分析工具,绘制国内从事分级诊疗研究的机构、作者的现状与研究热点图谱.通过关键词聚类和关键词频度分析发现,双向转诊、医联体、社区卫生服务、医疗联合体、全科医生是分级诊疗研究的热点,同时发现机构、作者之间合作及研究议题的深度和广度富有广阔前景,为国家制定相关卫生政策提供了依据.
With the further implementation of the hierarchical treatment system, the research about the policies and practices on it has currently become a hot topic. The four major source periodical databases of "China Knowledge Network" was used as the data source, 347 papers published between 2012 to 2018 were select as samples, the map of domestic institutions, authors and hot topic of the hierarchical treatment system research was drawn by bibliometric method and visualization software CiteSpace Ⅲ. Two - way referral system, medical treatment alliance, community health services and general practitioners were found as hot topics of the hierarchical treatment system by keyword clustering and keyword frequency analysis. Furthermore, the cooperation between institutions and authors, the depth and breadth of research topics had broad prospects, and can provide the basis for national health policies.
