中蒙俄茶叶之路是一项重要的历史遗产,开发茶叶之路是"一带一路"倡议中重要环节。"重走茶叶之路联盟"的诞生为"茶叶之路"的旅游开发、运作做了很好的模式架构。但联盟诞生后再商业运作方面遇到一些问题,影响了联盟的运作。本文从联盟的运作机理,联盟运作存在的问题及解决对策方面进行探讨,以更好地发挥联盟的作用,更好地为"一带一路"倡议服务。

the tea road between China, Mongolia and Russia is an important historical heritage, and the development of tea road is an important part of the "One Belt And One Road" strategy. The birth of "tea road alliance" provides a good mode framework for tourism development and operation of "tea road". However, after the birth of the alliance, it encountered some problems in commercial operation, which affected the operation of the alliance. In this paper, the operation mechanism of the alliance, the problems existing in the operation of the alliance and the countermeasures are discussed, so as to better play the role of the alliance and better serve the "One Belt And One Road" strategy.
