摘要 本文分析了近50年内蒙古民族教育发展历程及发展现状,改革开放以来内蒙古民族高等教育发生了历史性的变化,然而,由于自然、历史及政策导向等原因,民族高等教育相对落后的现状并没有根本改变。分析了民族高等教育存在的主要问题。民族高等教育要根据“一带一路”建设的人才需求,以行业需要为基础,坚持民族特色教育,发展教育多元化。根据少数民族学生思维方式与学习方式的特殊性,通过内涵式发展提高教学质量。本研究对内蒙古民族高等教育找准方向、看清差异,实现跨越式具有重要的科学意义。 This paper analyzes the development history and status of education for ethnic minorities in Inner Mongolian over the past 50 years.Since the reform and opening up,higher education for ethnic minorities in Inner Mongolia has undergone historic changes.However,due to natural conditions,and history and policy orientation,the backwardness of higher education for ethnic minorities hasn’t been changed fundamentally.This paper studies the main problems in this respect,and then suggests that higher education for ethnic minorities should accord with the needs of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).Based on the industrial needs,education with ethnic characteristics should be insisted,and diverse education modes be developed.According to the particular thinking mode and learning style of minority students,the teaching quality needs to be improved through connotative development.Because of its efforts to offer several measures and reveal some gaps,This paper is of scientific significance for Inner Mongolia higher education for ethnic minorities to find the right direction,understand the gaps, and realize leap-type development.
