高等教育发展水平是一个国家发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志,师资队伍建设水平直接影响高等教育的发展水平,以习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议的重要讲话为依据,通过对师德、师风、师能三个方面的内涵、存在问题的分析,提出了高职院校师资队伍建设的新思路,以期对后续的实践工作有所帮助。

The development of higher education is an important indicator of the level and potential of a country s development, and the level of faculty construction directly affects the development level of higher education. On the basis of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a new idea to build teaching staff by analyzing the connotation and existing problems of morality, demeanor and abilities of teachers in higher vocational colleges, in order to boost follow - up practice.
