摘要
质量工程理论在高校教学中的运用,以质量标准作为量尺,将培养中国特色人才为目标,是一项教学质量与教学改革工程。通过了解和分析近五年来内蒙古高校质量提升工程建设,在此基础上对呼和浩特市7所公办本科高校体育教师的数量及占比情况、性别及年龄情况、学历构成、职称情况、教育教学能力、教师工作条件及进修情况进行调查分析,找出现阶段我市高校体育师资的发展现状,通过细致的调查分析,总结出目前在实施质量工程建设的背景下呼和浩特市公办本科高校体育师资方面存在的主要问题和影响体育师资合理性的主要因素,并提出切实可行的方法与对策。
Quality education theory in college education takes quality standards as the yardstick and training of talents with Chinese characteristics as the target. It is a project about teaching quality and teaching reform. The author explores and analyzes education quality improvement of colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia over the past five years. Then the author finds out the development of physical education(PE) teachers in seven government-funded universities of Hohhot on the basis of investigation into the number of physical education teachers and their proportion, gender and age, education background, professional titles, teaching abilities, working conditions and advanced studies. Against the backdrop of implementing quality education projects, the author summarizes the main problems of PE teachers in Hohhot’s government-funded universities as well as factors which influence the rational allocation of PE teachers. Finally the author proposes feasible measures for solving these problems accordingly.
