基于社会学习论导向下人文教育在英语课程中的应用研究

摘要 人文教育是现阶段高校素质教育改革施行的重要措施。社会学习理论的德育价值与自我效能调节价值,对高职英语课程中人文性不足、学生创造力低下及英语职业性教育缺乏的短板,具有重要的导向作用。以树立学科层级榜样基础标准;建设直接强化、替代强化和自我强化的人文教育体系等措施,创新人文教育的应用路径,完善个性化教学方针,为《产教融合意见》下我国高职英语人才的培养提供可靠路径。 Humanistic education is an important measure for the quality education reform in colleges and universities.The value of moral education and self-efficacy adjustment of social learning theory are conducive to bolstering the shortage of humanity,students’ creativity and vocational English education in higher vocational English courses.Therefore,it is suggested that the fundamental standard of the model based on subjects be set up.In order to provide a reliable way for cultivating English talents in higher vocational colleges in China in line with the Opinions on the Integration of Industries into Education,measures should be taken to construct the humanistic education system that can directly reinforce humanistic education through alternative subjects and self-reinforcement.Besides,the application of humanistic education should be innovated and the individualized teaching policies be improved.
