新时代民族地区高等学校图书馆社会化服务路径研究

Research on the Social Service Strategy of College Libraries in the New Era

《普通高校图书馆规程》(2015)中明确规定:高校图书馆要积极参与各种资源共建共享,发挥信息资源优势和专业服务优势,为社会服务。作为民族地区高等学校图书馆应积极整合特色资源,逐步向社会开放,为地方经济发展提供智力支撑。本文通过对民族地区高校图书进行调研,论述了当前民族地区高等学校图书馆社会化服务的现状,指出了社会化服务存在的问题和原因,并以内蒙古地区高校图书馆为例,阐述了民族高校图书馆社会化服务的路径。

The General College Library Rules ( 2015 ) clearly stipulates that college libraries should jointly build a platform for sharing various resources, give full play to the advantages of information resources and professional services, and serve the society. As a library of institutions of higher education in ethnic-minority regions, it is paramount to integrate characteristic resources, share them to the society, and provide intellectual support for local economic development. By investigating the books of colleges and universities in ethnic-minority regions, this paper discusses the current social services of college libraries, points out the problems and causes of these services, and expounds the strategies for library social services with colleges and universities of Inner Mongolia as an example.
