建筑地基注浆预加固对盾构隧道下穿施工引起的沉降控制效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 以深圳地铁10号线福田口岸站—福民站区间盾构隧道近距离下穿某小区A栋、B栋框剪结构高层建筑工程为依托,利用数值模拟方法,研究采用袖阀管注浆预加固建筑物地基措施对隧道下穿施工所引起的建筑物沉降的控制效果,得到了以下结论:①对地基注浆预加固可以明显限制隧道下穿施工过程中建筑物的沉降发展;②建筑物沉降发展规律与隧道下穿相对位置以及隧道开挖先后顺序密切相关,实际施工监测频率应有所侧重;③在设计袖阀管注浆预加固方案下进行隧道下穿施工,A栋、B栋建筑在隧道开挖过程中的沉降与倾斜均满足规范要求并具有一定安全储备,可保证施工的顺利进行。 On the basis of the project that the shield tunnel closely crossed a residential area with high- rise frame- shear structure buildings of Block A and Block B in the Futian Port Station-Fumin Station section of Shenzhen Metro Line 10, using numerical simulation method, the paper studies on the control effect of building settlement caused by tunnel underpass construction through pre-reinforcement measures of building foundation by sleeve valve tube grouting. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. grouting pre-reinforcement of foundation can obviously restrict the development of building settlement during tunnel underpass construction;2. the development law of building settlement is closely related to the relative position of tunnel underpass and the sequence of tunnel excavation. Emphasis should be laid on the frequency of actual construction monitoring;3. in the process of tunnel underpass construction according to design of pre-reinforcement by sleeve valve tube grouting, the settlement and inclination of A and B buildings during tunnel excavation meet the specifications and have a certain safety reserve, which can ensure the smooth construction.
