摘要
为进一步探究沥青混凝土热稳定性能的影响因素及机理,通过不同级配指数、填料含量及油石比的多组斜坡流淌试验,测定了不同试验条件下沥青混凝土的斜坡流淌值,并对试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,随着级配指数的增大,沥青混凝土的斜坡流淌值降低、热稳定性增强;填料含量及油石比增大时,沥青混凝土的斜坡流淌值也会增大、而稳定性减弱。可见各因素对沥青混凝土热稳定性能的影响机理不同,这对实际工程中沥青混凝土配合比的选择具有参考作用。
In order to further explore the influencing factors and mechanism of thermal stability of asphalt concrete, a number of slope flow tests of different graded index, filler content and oil-stone ratio were carried out to measure the slope flow value of asphalt concrete under different test conditions. And then the test results were comparative analysis. The results show that with increase of the gradation index, the slope flow value of asphalt concrete decreases and the thermal stability increases. When the filler content and the ratio of oil to stone increase, the slope flow value of asphalt concrete will also increase, and the stability will be weakened. Therefore, the mechanism of various factors have different impacts on the thermal stability of asphalt concrete, which have a reference role in the selection of asphalt concrete mix ratio in actual engineering.
