Multi-objective Power Scheduling Strategy for Multi-source Distributed Received Regional Power Grids under Catastrophe Mode

摘要 针对受端区域电网在大面积失电下的紧急恢复难题,建立了能够充分考虑多源功率存在(受端区域电网网际功率支援、网内可用发电容量)及失电负荷重要度等源网荷协调资源和运行特性的功率调度模型,利用网络等值解耦方法将待求全局电网进行分布式潮流迭代计算,以满足调度方案选取过程中的电网特征量动态更新。在此基础上,采用改进的多目标遗传算法NSGA2对模型进行寻优求解。最后通过算例仿真对比验证了所提模型及策略的有效性。 Aiming at the emergency restoration problem of received regional power grid under large area power loss, a power dispatching model is established, which can fully consider the coordination resources and operation characteristics of multi-source power (inter-grid power support, available generation capacity) and the importance of loss load. The network equivalent decoupling method is used to iteratively calculate the distributed power flow of the global power grid for meeting the dynamic updating of grid characteristics in the process of selecting dispatching schemes. On this basis, the improved multi-objective genetic algorithm NSGA2 is used to solve the model. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
