With the advent of the information age,artificial intelligence develops rapidly.As a kind of artificial intelligence products,automatic driving vehicle presents the newchallenges to the application of traditional criminal lawand macro-operation system of criminal lawin aspects of the subjectivity of human being in criminal law,principle of imputation in criminal lawand application of traffic crimes in the specific provisions of criminal law.To respond actively to automatic driving vehicle’s development,criminal lawshould not get involved at the beginning,but criminal policy could be used to cope with the clearly typical crime in time;Criminal judicial interpretation could be also adapted to dealing with the criminal problems about automatic driving vehicle step by step;Criminal legislation should be enhanced to solve fontal problems about automatic driving vehicle finally.Therefore,the development and challenge of automatic driving vehicle could be regulated in the way of ruling of law,play a positive role in the real world,and the criminal operation system could be adjusted to improving the ability and levels in social governance.
