基于北斗定位的治安巡防管理系统设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 传统的治安巡防系统通过在巡更点设定巡更记录本方式进行管理,存在代签、补签等问题。基于北斗导航定位,设计一种突破传统模式的治安巡防管理系统,由移动智能终端和巡防客户端组成,融入电子地图纠偏处理技术和路径规划算法。仿真实验表明,该路径规划算法能合理规划巡防人员巡防路线,提高巡防人员工作效率。系统应用于南京市浦口区江浦街道社区治安管理,打破了传统"应对"式城市治理模式,有利于破解巡防难、管控难、矛盾点压降难等现代城市治理中存在的问题。 Traditional security patrol system is managed by setting patrol record book at patrol point,which has some problems such as signature and renewal.Based on Beidou navigation and positioning,a security patrol management system is designed,which breaks through the traditional mode.It consists of mobile intelligent terminal and patrol client,and integrates the technology of electronic map rectification and path planning algorithm.The simulation results show that the path planning algorithm adopted in this paper can reasonably plan the patrol route of patrol personnel and improve the efficiency of patrol personnel.This system has been successfully applied to the public security management of Jiangpu Street Community in Pukou District of Nanjing City.It will break the traditional "coping" mode of urban governance and solve the problems existing in modern urban governance,such as patrol,control and pressure drop of contradiction points.
