摘要 国电新疆哈密大南湖煤电备选煤种有高钠(碱金属)含量的特点,在运行中容易产生结焦结渣问题,影响机组安全经济运行。因此,需要依据煤种优化锅炉设计并给出合理的运行方法。本文首先对备选煤种进行分析,获取不同煤种的燃烧特性,依据特性优化锅炉的选型设计以及后期运行过程中的参考准则,研究总结能够实现锅炉在燃烧高钠煤情况下安全经济环保稳定运行的最优综合解决方案。最终机组投产后的运行情况显示,该方法明显改善了机组结焦结渣现象的发生,对高效经济安全利用新疆地区储量丰富的高钠高钾煤具有重要意义。 Alternative coal of Guodian Xinjiang Hami Dananhu power plant has the characteristics of high-sodium (alkali metal) content, which is prone to coke and slagging during operation. It could affect unit's safety and economy. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize boiler design based on coal type and give a reasonable operation method. This paper first analyzes alternative coal types and obtains the combustion characteristics of different coals. Then we optimize boiler's design and give the reference criteria in the latter operation process according to the characteristics. The operation of the unit after it is put into operation shows that this method has improved the cooking and slagging phenomenon of the unit obviously. It can conclude that the boiler can be safe, economical and environmentally in the case of burning high-sodium coal. It is of great significance for the efficient and economical use of coal with high-sodium and high-potassium in Xinjiang.
