摘要
为提高侧吸式抽油烟机的排油烟效率,采用数值模拟的方法,研究了弧形集烟罩和平板型集烟罩等两种类型的集烟罩在不同排风量和油烟产生速度的情况下对厨房油烟浓度分布、速度分布和排油烟效率的影响。模拟结果表明,弧形集烟罩比平板型集烟罩能更好地聚拢收集产生的油烟,排烟效率较高,同时,随着油烟发生速率增加,两种类型的油烟机的排烟效率均会降低,但弧型集烟罩油烟机的排烟效率仍然高于平板型集烟罩油烟机。
In order to improve the smoke exhaust efficiency of the side suction kitchen ventilator, the effects of the formation of two collecting hoods, named by the flat-shaped hood and the arc-shaped hood, on exhaust efficiency of side suction kitchen ventilator are numerically investigated. Furthermore, both the distribution of fume concentration and indoor air velocity are also analyzed. The four conditions are including four kinds of fume production speeds and exhaust airflow rates. The simulation results show that the arc-shaped collecting hood can gather more fume than the flat-type collecting hood with a higher exhaust efficiency. Additionally, with the increasing fume production speed, both exhaust efficiencies of two types of side suction kitchen ventilators would reduce, yet the exhaust efficiency of the side suction kitchen ventilator with the arc-shaped collecting hood would be still higher than that of the side suction kitchen ventilator with the flat-shaped collecting hood.
