聚驱螺杆泵井合理转速设计的影响因素分析及试验

摘要 为了进一步提高螺杆泵在聚驱推广应用过程中适应性,对螺杆泵转速设计有关的影响因素进行试验分析。通过现场试验测试,明确了聚驱条件下螺杆泵的转速与抽油杆扭矩的关系、转速与能耗的关系,以及螺杆泵泵效随螺杆泵转速变化的关系。试验表明,在设计选择聚驱螺杆泵合理转速时,应在较低的转速范围内调整螺杆泵转速,这样既可以通过降低杆柱所受扭矩来实现螺杆泵的稳定运行,又可以降低运行能耗,保证螺杆泵合理的泵效。螺杆泵合理的转速范围设计可有效地改善螺杆泵使用性能,延长螺杆泵工作寿命,更好地发挥螺杆泵能耗低的特点。 In order to further improve the adaptability of screw pump in the process of polymer flooding popularization and application, the influencing factors related to screw pump speed design were analyzed experimentally. Through field test, the relationship between the speed of the screw pump and the torque of the sucker rod,the relationship between the speed and energy consumption under the condition of polymer flooding were measured, and the relationship between the pump efficiency and the speed of the screw pump was further clarified. Experiments show that when designing and choosing the reasonable speed of the screw pump for polymer flooding, the speed of the screw pump should be adjusted in a lower speed range, so that not only the stable operation of the screw pump equipment can be realized by reducing the torque of the rod string, but also the energy consumption can be reduced and the reasonable pump efficiency of the screw pump can be guaranteed. Reasonable speed range design of screw pump can effectively improve the performance of screw pump, prolong the working life of screw pump, and better play to the characteristics of low energy consumption of screw pump.
